The kiss, especially after Emi leans into it, is an odd one. But Rin wouldn't have it any other way, to be honest. Sure, Emi's human form is cute and all, and perhaps a bit better suited to making out than this one, but as far as Rin is concerned, this is the real Emi.
They're both nocturnal creatures, after all, so for as long as Rin has known Emi, this is the form she remembers spending the most time with. This is the fierce protector that's stood up for Rin when she's needed it and the warm, soft friend when she needed someone to cuddle with. Which isn't to say that she doesn't enjoy Emi's human disguise (and that's really what it is, isn't it? A disguise, hiding the real, monstrous, beautiful version of Emi from a world that might fear her). It's a lot closer to her own size, for example, and her hands are more dextrous like that, which can be helpful in a lot of ways.
Still, Rin's glad that this is the form she got to kiss first.
As for licking.... Well, Rin wouldn't object to the affection, really. But as far as monsters go, goblins are more similar to humans than they are to any sort of animal. Kissing just comes more naturally to her when it comes to her romantic partners.
Rin is the first one to break the kiss - although Emi's massive arm could certainly keep her pulled in if she really wanted to. It's not out of any sort of unhappiness or dissatisfaction, she just needs to breath. I wouldn't do to be smothered to death from their first kiss, aft er all.]
