I did a terrible thing to Hawke. To his family. It is only natural that he would want revenge.
[Still, he isn't objecting to her actions, and he certainly isn't objecting to insistence on patching him up. He'd be somewhat embarrassed if he had to go to Naomi's clinic again. Erin may be a much better swordswoman than she is a medic, but anything she isn't able to do, he's confident that he will able to rudimentarily do on his own.
That isn't to say that he isn't fully appreciative of what she can do, of course.]
